Traineeships are jobs that combine work and structured training. You have to be employed to undergo a traineeship. They include paid employment under an appropriate industrial arrangement, a Training Contract that is signed by both the employer and trainee and registered with Skills Canberra.

The Certificate IV course is for sales people and property managers. To achieve recognition at Certificate IV, the candidate for must have demonstrated competency in all 5 specified core units and 19 elective units (total of 24units).
