CPD year date change 2024-2025

The start and end dates for the CPD year are changing. The new CPD year will start on 1 July 2024 and end on 30 June 2025, and continue after that in line with the financial year.
 

Compulsory topics, learning outcomes and Supervision Requirements

After a review of the Supervision Guidelines, new guidelines called Supervision Requirements will start on 1 July 2024 in line with the new CPD year.

Compulsory topics, learning outcomes and Supervision Requirements for the 2024-25 CPD year are being developed by the Office of the Strata and Property Services Commissioner.

All of these documents will be finalised and published by late March 2024.
