Fee Refund Request

This form should be downloaded and completed by any student who wishes to cancel their enrolment and seek a refund for fees paid. Ensure you have filled in all required detail, provided evidence, and noted the administration fee (non-refundable) associated with the refund you are requesting. Please note that all refund requests are subject to approval and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are only provided under certain circumstances. Once completed, please email to admin@rets.com.au. Further information about fee refunds and cancellations can be found in the Student Handbook.

Enrolment Extension Request Form

This form should be downloaded and completed by any student who wishes to extend their enrolment beyond its default expiry date. Ensure you have filled in all required detail, and noted the fee associated with the extension you are requesting. The maximum period a course can be extended by is six (6) months. Once completed, please email to admin@rets.com.au. Further information about course extensions can be found in the Student Handbook.

Request for reissuance of Certificate/Transcript/Testamur

This form should be downloaded and completed by any student who wishes to request a reprint and reissuance of their Certificate, Statement of Attainment, Transcripts or Testamur. Ensure you have filled in all required detail, and noted the fee associated with the reproduction of a certificate or statement you are requesting. Once completed, please email to admin@rets.com.au.
