CPD for 2023/2024 year has changed.

All Class 1 and Class 2 Agents must complete 4 hours of interactive CPD, completed face to face or via a live webinar. Alternatively agents can complete 10 hours of online CPD. RETS is an approved NSWFT provider of CPD. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  if you are participating in an interactive webinar course, it is a requirement of NSW Fair Trading that your camera is on throughout the entire session. When enrolling in these webinars you are agree to have your camera on. If your camera is not turned on the entire session the trainer may deem you as not having participated and you may not receive a completion certificate - there would be no refund in this case.

Please note: as per NSW Fair Trading requirements interactive webinar class sizes are limited to 25 participants - students are required to attend the full sessions and may be required to .

As per NSW Fair Trading requirements the session will cover the following:

• The Importance of Supervision Guidelines (1hr 20mins)
• Privacy, proof of ID, cyber-security, fraud prevention, and data collection (1hr 20mins)
• Review of relevant changes to legislation and regulations- Residential Property Managers (1hr 20mins)

Each individual topic is covered in approximately 1hr 20 mins, which includes interactive learning activities and assessment. As per NSW Fair Trading requirements Class 1 & 2 agents must complete a minimum of compulsory topics.
