21/3/18 Changes are coming...
On the 14th March Real Estate Training Solutions attended an information session held by NSW Fair Trading regarding the changes to the Property Stock and Business Agents Act. There will be significant changes to the qualification requirements, the biggest change requiring all Certificate of Registration holders to transition to their Real Estateor StrataAgents Licence within 4 years of the legislation changes or within 4 years of obtaining their Certificate of Registration (as a new person to the sector).
