ACT Group A Residential Property Sales Units (5 units)
ACTGpAThis set of Group A units from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice can be completed as part of the Access Canberra requirement to complete 5 units within 12 months of registration. These units will be recognised by Access Canberra as the Group A post Assistant Agent 5 unit requirement, after the 1st July 2022.
Class 2 Strata NSW
NSWClStrataThis course is recognised by NSW Fair Trading as the qualification requirement for the strata agents licence in NSW.

Assistant Strata Agents Clusters 2023-2024
AAstrataclusters2023These units are recognised by NSW Fair Trading and when completed, all 18 units meet the requirements of the CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management qualification and the Strata Agents Licence Class 2, in NSW.
Class 2 Real Estate Agents Licence ACT
ACTRELicThis CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is recognised by Access Canberra as the Class 2 Real Estate Licence qualifcation requirement, in the ACT. This qualification will be recognised by Access Canberra after the 1st July 2022.
CPD Online 10 hrs Strata agents
CPD10hrstrataAll Class 1 and Class 2 Agents must complete 4 hours of interactive CPD, completed face to face or via a live webinar. Alternatively agents can complete 10 hours of online CPD. RETS is an approved NSWFT provider of CPD.

CPP40521 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management traineeship
CertIVStratatraineeTraineeships combine work and training with an employer and structured training with a training provider like RETS. They include paid employment under an appropriate industrial arrangement, a Training Contract that is signed by both the employer and trainee and registered with the NSW Government and a recognised qualification delivered by RETS.
