Whether you're helping people to find their dream home, selling their property to move on, or purchasing and leasing out an investment property, a career in property can be hugely rewarding.
As you might expect in a high-value profession, where such large transactions are at stake, becoming a real estate or strata agent requires you to receive a relevant qualification. The minimum legal requirement to sell or lease property in New South Wales is the Certificate of Registration, which can be obtained from NSW Fair Trading. Before you can get this, however, you need to complete at least four competence units – but where are you going to find the time to attend training sessions, when you may have other work commitments?
We specialise in providing flexible e-learning for those looking to make a mark in the real estate industry. Whether you're just starting out in the world of work, or you desire a change of career, we can help you to gain the necessary skills and experience via our courses – which you can complete from the comfort of your own home, in your own time, with no need to take days off work or travel to a physical location!

People from a wide range of backgrounds come to us for their real estate training requirements, so we ensure we are as flexible as possible. We know that those who are switching careers or training on the job may be conducting their real estate agent training alongside a regular 9-5, and will therefore be unable to commit to regular, face to face sessions. That's why we offer our accredited courses online. You can complete them at a time – and in a place – to suit you, whether that's on your lunch break, at home or during weekend hours.
At RETS, we pride ourselves on the customer service and support we offer to everyone who signs up to one of our online real estate training courses. Membership of the course includes access to hotline support, available seven days a week and a flexible e-learning experience, with training offered either through written correspondence or in person, on a face to face basis. When you've signed up to one of our courses, we don't just leave you to complete it on your own – we're always here if you need a helping hand!
We also have a dedicated frequently asked questions page, if you have a question and you're not sure whether it's been answered or not.
The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has recognised RETS as one of its approved delegates, meaning that we meet their strict compliance, auditing and quality assurance requirements. For a full list of delegates, please see ASQA's delegations page.
