CPD Misleading conduct + Off the plan contract amendments

This course looks at a case in which vendors alleged that a misrepresentation was made in the course of the sale of a property. And also looks at the amendments introduced by the NSW Government to provide better protection for purchasers who enter into ‘off-the-plan’ property contracts.
