I've completed my Assistant Agent Registration course in the ACT...now what?

This set of Group A units from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice can be completed as part of the Access Canberra requirement to complete  5 units within 12 months of registration.  These units will be recognised by Access Canberra as the Group A -5 unit requirement, after the 1st July 2022.

Group A comprises of five units of competency.

The units are:

  • CPPREP4101 Appraise property for sale or lease;
  • CPPREP4102 Market property;
  • CPPREP4103 Establish vendor relationships;
  • CPPREP4104 Establish buyer relationships;
  • CPPREP4105 Sell property

Entry Requirements

After  registration has been approved by Access Canberra, an agent has 12 months to complete 5 additional units from Group A or Group B of CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice .
