Before you enrol please ensure that you have read and understood the Student Handbook. Please ensure that you use the name which you wish to appear on your certificate – eg the name that appears on your birth certificate. If RETS is required to re-issue a certificate due to a student providing an incorrect name a $25 certificate re-issuance fee will be charged.

Upon RETS receipt of this form, an invoice will be generated.
