- provide you with a general understanding of the Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements in agency practice
- provide you with a workable model for identifying and qualifying risks in agency practice and assist you to formulate strategies to minimise identified WHS safety risks.
- understand the particular WHS risks involved in the provision of property management services as an agency
