Assessment and Certification
To successfully finish the course, all participants must pass a required training assessment. Once you have successfully completed this, your Certificate of Satisfactory Completion will be emailed directly to you. For your convenience, a digital copy of your CPD certificate will also remain accessible for download inside your student portal at any time.

Mandatory Additions for Class 1 License Holders
If you hold a Class 1 license, you are required to complete additional mandatory training on top of your standard area-of-practice CPD requirements.

Part 1: NSW Fair Trading Accredited Events
As part of your yearly CPD responsibilities, Class 1 agents must attend event(s) officially accredited by NSW Fair Trading.

Part 2: AUSTRAC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training
Class 1 agents operating in specific sectors* must also undertake mandatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) training, which has been co-developed by AUSTRAC and Blue Tribe.
