These units go towards the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification - which is recognised by NSW Fair Trading as the qualification requirement for the real estate agents Class 2 Licence in NSW.
Are there any specific entry requirements?
To apply for your Class 2 Licence you must have held your Assistant Agents certificate for 12 months, successfully completed all of your units for CPP41419 Certificate IV i n Real Estate Practice, and have undertaken a range of real estate related experiences to qualify as a Class 2 Agent.
If you have worked in real estate, or a real estate related business you may also be eligible to receive Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Advanced standing (Credit Transfer) may be issued to students who can show relevant and valid academic transcripts from other RTOs. There is no cost for credit transfers.
