What are traineeships?

Traineeships are jobs that combine work and structured training. You have to be employed to undergo a traineeship. They include paid employment under an appropriate industrial arrangement, a Training Contract that is signed by both the employer and trainee and registered with the NSW Department of Industry and a recognised qualification, delivered by RETS.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

CPP40516 Certificate IV in Strata Community Management

The Certificate IV course is for strata managers. To achieve recognition at Certificate IV, the candidate for must have demonstrated competency in all 13 specified core units and 5 elective units (total of 18 units).
