This course looks at recent amendments to service of documents by post, Fire Safety in strata properties and managing combustible cladding, amendments to the Strata Building Defects Scheme, changes to Vendor disclosure in off the plan purchases, the new NSW Fair Trading strata mediation portal, short- term holiday letting regulation, recent strata related NCAT and court cases, changes to the Real Estate Award and Safety in the Workplace.
