Changes have been made to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 by the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Review) Bill 2018. The commencement date of these changes has not yet been announced, however it is expected to be sometime early in 2019.

What you will need to do to adapt your property management practices and procedures to take into account these amendments.
