Do you need to get your head around the proposed changes to the Residential Tenancies Act? 

This course covers:
Changes have been made to the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 by the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Review) Bill 2018. The commencement date of these changes has not yet been announced, however it is expected to be sometime early in 2019. 

This CPD course looks in detail at these amendments:
What are the parts of the current legislation that are changing and what will it be changing to?
What you will need to do to adapt your property management practices and procedures to take into account these amendments.
