Class 2 Real Estate Agents Licence ACT

This CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is recognised by Access Canberra as the Class 2 Real Estate Licence qualifcation requirement, in the ACT. This qualification will be recognised by Access Canberra after the 1st July 2022.
Are there any specific entry requirements?
To apply for your Class 2 Licence you must have held your Assistant Agents certificate for 12 months and successfully completed your CPP41419 Certificate IV i n Real Estate Practice.
If you have worked in real estate, or a real estate related business you may also be eligible to receive Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). To find out if you are eligible contact RETS Head-office on 1300 850 980 .
Advanced standing (Credit Transfer) may be issued to students who can show relevant and valid academic transcripts from other RTOs. There is no cost for credit transfers.
