You can complete your units using the RETS eCampus.  If at any time you need help you can contact your trainer/assessor through the eCampus or you can email or call for additional help. These are skilled based units so be prepared to have to complete a role play that may need to be recorded.

If you are applying for RPL RETS will organise an assessor to contact you to assist you in completing your RPL assessment. Any full units you need to complete will be accessible in the RETS eCampus.

You will have 12 months to complete the cluster. If you don't complete within the 12 months, students can purchase monthly extensions up to 6 months at $110 (incl GST)  per month.

Remember: it is your responsibility to complete your CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice in line with NSW FT requirements. You only have 4 years to complete the full CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice  once you have registered to become an Assistant Agent.

Your assessor will mark your assessments and provide feedback, online,  as you go. There is a maximum 7 to 10 day turn around for all marking. Our assessors try to assess your work faster than this and you may find your work is being assessed every few days.

RETS has a Student Support team that you can contact via the RET eCampus, via email or on the phone. You can also organise to speak to a Trainer/Assessor to assist with your learning if required.

Upon successful completion of these units you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
