The recent reforms have introduced a large variety of changes to the sector, impacting Assistant Agents through to Licencees. These changes are significant and will impact the way in which you works as an agent, change what you can do and what you are able to call yourselfAre you an Assistant Agent who just needs to get your head around the changes? This unit will get you up to date with recent NSW Fair Trading Reforms and help you to understand these changes and how they may effect you.
A Class 2 licence holder must obtain 6 hours of CPD annually in a Licence renewal year. RETS is approved, by NSW Fair Trading, to deliver compulsory CPD.

NSW Fair Trading mandate that all CPD must be completed by 22nd March 2021. To fulfill this requirement it is up to you to successfully complete by this date. RETS suggested you complete prior to this date in case you need to resubmit or redo any aspect of the assessment.
Remember - it is your responsibility to understand your requirements for CPD.
