CPD for 2025/2026

All Class 1 and Class 2 Strata Agents must complete 4 hours of interactive CPD, and 1 hour of a NSWFT course  - Commissions, disclosures and fiduciary duty. FTNSW will inform strata agents when this 1 hour course is developed. RETS is an approved NSWFT provider of CPD.  

Class 1 Agents are also required to spend a minimum of five hours attending a NSW Fair Trading- accredited event.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  if you are participating in an interactive webinar course, it is a requirement of NSW Fair Trading that your camera is on throughout the entire session. When enrolling in these webinars you  agree to have your camera on and to participate. If your camera is not turned on the entire session the trainer may deem you as not having participated and you may not receive a completion certificate - there would be no refund in this case.

Please note: as per NSW Fair Trading requirements interactive webinar class sizes are limited to 25 participants - students are required to attend the full sessions.

Class 1 and 2 Agents

4 hour CPD webinar session covering:

• Mitigating risk and managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace
• Regulatory change in strata in 2025
• Contracts and contracting

AND

1 hour NSWFT Session which will cover:

• Commissions, disclosures and fiduciary duty

PLUS

Class 1 Agents

• required to spend a minimum of five hours attending a NSW Fair Trading- accredited event.

Each individual topic  includes interactive learning activities and assessment. As per NSW Fair Trading requirements Class 1 & 2 Strata Agents must complete all of the above compulsory topics.
