CPD for 2024/2025

All Class 1 and Class 2 Property Managers must complete 5 hours of interactive CPD, completed face to face or via a live webinar. Alternatively agents can complete 10 hours of online CPD. RETS is an approved NSWFT provider of CPD.  Sales agents must also complete an Underquoting and price misrepresentations online course delivered by TAFE NSW.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  if you are participating in an interactive webinar course, it is a requirement of NSW Fair Trading that your camera is on throughout the entire session. When enrolling in these webinars you are agree to have your camera on. If your camera is not turned on the entire session the trainer may deem you as not having participated and you may not receive a completion certificate - there would be no refund in this case.

Please note: as per NSW Fair Trading requirements interactive webinar class sizes are limited to 25 participants - students are required to attend the full sessions.

As per NSW Fair Trading requirements this 5 hour session will cover the following:

• Introduction to work health and safety obligations in residential sales and property management
• New Supervision Guidelines for real estate agencies
• Introduction to strata for residential salespeople and property manager
• Compliance with habitability standards and landlord information statement

Each individual topic  includes interactive learning activities and assessment. As per NSW Fair Trading requirements Class 1 & 2 property managers must complete all of the above compulsory topics.
