CPD for 2024/2025

All Dual Licence Class 1 and Class 2  holders must complete additional interactive CPD, completed face to face or via a live webinar.  RETS is an approved NSWFT provider of CPD.  

If you are a Licenced Residential Property Manager + Licenced Strata Manager you need to complete:
Residential Property Manager + Strata Manager

If you are a Licenced Sales Agent + Licenced Strata Manager you need to complete:
Sales Agent + Strata Manager + Underquoting 

Already completed your Sales OR Property Management CPD and just want the Licenced Strata Manager component:
Strata Manager

As per NSW Fair Trading requirements this  dual licence strata session will cover the following:

• Introduction to work health and safety obligations in strata managing agencies
• Strata law reforms 2023-24
• Best practice management of building defects, maintenance and repair

IMPORTANT NOTE:  if you are participating in an interactive webinar course, it is a requirement of NSW Fair Trading that your camera is on throughout the entire session. When enrolling in these webinars you are agree to have your camera on. If your camera is not turned on the entire session the trainer may deem you as not having participated and you may not receive a completion certificate - there would be no refund in this case.

Please note: as per NSW Fair Trading requirements interactive webinar class sizes are limited to 25 participants - students are required to attend the full sessions.
