I've completed my Assistant Agent Registration course in the ACT...now what?
This set of Group B units from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice can be completed as part of the Access Canberra requirement to complete 5 units within 12 months of registration. These units will be recognised by Access Canberra as the Group B- 5 unit requirement, after the 1st July 2022.

Group B Residential Property Management comprises of five units of competency.
The units are:
- CPPREP4102 Market property
- CPPREP4121 Establish landlord relationships
- CPPREP4122 Manage tenant relationships
- CPPREP4123 Manage tenancy
- CPPREP4124 End tenancy
Are there any specific entry requirements?
After registration has been approved by Access Canberra, an agent has 12 months to complete 5 additional units from Group A or Group B of CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice .
