On-site Residential Licence

This course provides a person with the necessary qualification to carry on business as an agent giving possession of residential premises under a lease, licence or other contract or carry on business as an agent for collecting bonds, deposits, rents, fees or other charges in connection with any such lease, licence or other contract.
