A Certificate of Registration holder and Licence holder must obtain 12 CPD point in a Certificate/Licence renewal year. For more information on CPD and your requirements please go to www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au. Remember - it is your responsibility to understand your requirements for CPD.
This unit looks at legislation changes which will affect agents in 2017. It looks at a variety of changes to legislation and compliance and gives real life examples and case studies.
How can you complete the course?
RETS runs these courses as follows: Online - E-Learning - you can access all learning material online and complete all of your assessments over the net. You also have access to the RETS tutor hotline seven days a week, and complete the course when it suits you.
Hard copy, Printed Material - Please contact RETS for this option.
