I enrolled in and completed my Real Estate Registration Certificate last year and was very impressed with RETS, and my tutor Alan Doyle.

In January, I enrolled in my Real Estate Cert IV course.  I was delighted that Alan was once again appointed as my tutor.

Alan was patient, helpful and totally professional throughout the process.  Alan gave me the necessary encouragement and advice for me to meet the necessary standards.  Alan thoroughly read and marked my work and gave me insightful feedback.

The most important aspect of having Alan as my tutor was that he gave me the guidance when I needed it, and helped me through a maze of workplace projects and difficult employers who refused to cooperate with my information needs.  Finally, I decided to work for myself as a boutique agent, and I needed to apply for my license promptly.  Alan helped by marking my remaining units very quickly and efficiently. 

I cannot thank Alan enough for his help, and I feel that he is an enormous asset to RETS.

Before I started any of my training with RETS I had never done or attempted an online training program and had very basic and I mean very basic skills having never had to use a computer in my earlier work. I found the whole training program and the use of online training very good and easy to use and understand. My computer skills are now much better I might even say very good and I can tackle alot more without being scared I might wreak or break the computer!! Well done RETS for providing an extremely good training situation and environment, and the support is great.

Gail has been extremely helpful in guiding me through this course. Gail gave very good advice and suggestions while checking my work and helping me with all my assessments. I received very fast responses to all emails I sent off. The responses were always answered with a positive note and gave reassuring and calming advice with all the mistake that I had made.
