Payment

All students must complete a student enrolment form. Prior to enrolment all students must read the Student Handbook, particularly with reference to the Refund Policy.  
RETS will not accept student payments unless a student has completed an enrolment form.

Enrolment/Payment Procedures

1) Fill in an enrolment form. Read the Student Handbook, paying particular attention to the Refund Policy.

2) Upon RETS receipt of your enrolment form we will issue you with an invoice - this usually occurs within 1-2 business days. Please ensure you include your email address on your enrolment form as this is how you will receive your invoice.

3) Upon receipt of your payment (see payment options below) your tutor will contact you to get you started (this usually occurs within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment).

4) RETS will not issue Certification for any courses where payment is outstanding.

RETS has a variety of payment options for your convenience:

a) Credit Card online

Click on the course of your choice (see below), click the "buy" button and check out. We use "Paypal" as our secure on line payment facility. There is a 2.5% fee for all courses paid via credit card (rounded to the nearest dollar).

b) Direct Deposit

To do this access your internet banking with your chosen banking facility and enter our bank account details into the payment details section of the banks online form. Our bank details will be found on your invoice - please ensure you tag your deposit with your surname and/or invoice number.

c) Cheque/Money Order

All cheques can be made to Real Estate Training Solutions or RETS.

d) Cash

Contact RETS to make a time to come in to the office, drop off your money and pick up your material.
