About Real Estate Training Solutions (RETS)
Commencing in 2003 to meet an obvious need for quality vocational training in the Real Estate industry, RETS prides itself on quality, flexible training for busy real estate agents, while providing seven day support to agents, second to none.
RETS can provide training for people looking to learn more about Real Estate in general and for those people who want to further their career within the real estate industry.

Sasha Boe – Managing Director
Sasha brings to RETS 18 years of extensive experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry.
Sasha started in the VET sector as a trainer and assessor in the business administration and real estate sector. She was then promoted to more senior management positions in an RTO. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Diploma of Training and Assessment, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and a Diploma of Quality Auditing.
Sasha has had extensive experience with e-learning and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Her previous role as the Director of Studies of a large on-line training company entailed comprehensive research of the online learning environment internationally. She has used this knowledge to provide RETS with a cutting edge LMS - the first real estate RTO to implement this technology in Australia, back in 2003.
As well as guest speaking at online learning seminars, Sasha has consulted to other RTOs assisting them with their training systems and policies and running effective training organisation’s. She has assisted training companies in becoming accredited as RTOs and has over 18 years experience with the Australian Training system - ARF through to AQF.
Sasha is currently (2017) a Director and Vice-chair of the ACFIPS ITAB and chair of the Property Subcommittee.
You will find Sasha managing RETS and the AQF and assisting students and clients.
Alan Doyle - Trainer/Assessor
Alan joined Real Estate Training Solutions having stepped down from the management and ownership of his own Sydney based real estate agency in 2009. After about 6 months off it was time to get back into things and help train and develop the skills of people within and entering the real estate industry.
He has a passion for doing real estate “the right way” and is determined to assist others to embrace this philosophy.
Having commenced his real estate career in 1987 as a residential salesman within a Gilmour & Sons franchise office, Alan went onto to purchase his own office in 1993. As a manager and owner of a rapidly growing Elders office Alan saw benefits to his business from having highly trained and qualified professionals working with him. The office developed to become market leaders of their district in both sales and property management. He has personally mentored and monitored staff during their traineeships as their employer over his 16 years in the business. Having undergone training himself in the vocational educational arena he is now able to view the training field from a “holistic” sense as a trainer and assessor with RETS. His experience and knowledge of real estate and training enables him to look at the wide and varied perspectives of both the areas combined.
Alan is a licensed real estate agent, accredited auctioneer and workplace trainer & assessor.
Hana Esber - Trainer/Assessor
Hana Esber is an experienced independent professional who takes an active interest in the real estate industry. She has developed her specialized industry knowledge and skills over the period of 14 years.
Hana is an industry specialist and real estate compliance expert working with real estate industry groups and government organisations including Arts, Communications, Finance Industries and Property Services –Industry Training Advisory Body (ACFIPS ITAB), NSW Fair Trading, RTOs, real estate agents and the general public.
Hana has a passion for raising the level of education and ethical values in the industry. She holds a Real Estate agent and Strata/Community managing agent licences. She has a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and CPP40611 Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations); Advanced Diploma in Valuation, Diploma in business Management (Real Estate) and a Bachelor of Business Degree.
Hana keeps up to date with legislative changes as an industry specialist and as a VET Trainer and Assessor.
Hana’s work as a project officer with ACFIPS adds value to her knowledge in implementing training packages, licensing requirements and current issues affecting the property industry.
Ramona Oldenmenger - Training Co-ordinator
Ramona is our Training Co-ordinator, helping all students and staff with day to day training enquiries and follow up. Her excellent customer service and organisational skills have assisted in her role as the Training Co-ordinator at RETS. If you are a potential or current student with any questions or queries relating to a course Ramona is the person to speak to. Ramona holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Business (and was NSW Training Awards 2013 Trainee of the Year!). She has an excellent eye for detail and does a great job reviewing and proofing documents. She is responsible, hardworking and a well loved asset to the RETS team.
Theresa Pace – Financial Controller
Theresa Pace began her career as a personal assistant in the Government sector and worked within several departments over an 11 year period. Her last position prior to starting her family was as Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director-General, Department of Community Services. Whilst raising her family of four she began bookkeeping for her husband utilising the MYOB system. Within a short period of time she found herself undertaking accounts-based work for a friend and over the past 25 years Theresa has built up a small client-based bookkeeping service. In 2012 she completed her Cert IV in Accounting enabling her to become a BAS Agent. Theresa, who is also a Justice of the Peace, works for RETS part time assisting the Director in an accounting role and the business/office skills and experience she brings to this office also allows her to provide assistance in areas of administration, as required.
